Luiz was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, where his father and grandfather built one of the largest full-service real estate brokerage firms in the country — instilling in him a tenacious work ethic and a genuine desire to help people. His passion for adventure took him to Australia in 2003 to lead Outward Bound wilderness programs, before arriving in Asheville in 2005 and falling in love with the mountains, the city, and its community — later serving as Regional Development Director for North Carolina Outward Bound School. Real estate is not just his profession — it is part of his story, his values, and his purpose.
Jessi brings her own remarkable journey to the partnership. Before putting roots down in Asheville, she went to an equestrian college in Kentucky, spent her weekends skydiving, and worked her way up the ranks training elephants at the Memphis Zoo. After a break to travel the world, she earned a degree in Intelligence and later became a certified paralegal through the North Carolina Bar — working in family law and then at the Department of Justice right here in Asheville. That legal precision, combined with her competitive nature and deep love for western North Carolina, makes her a fierce and knowledgeable advocate for every client she serves.
